Subject: Quotation for Road Line Marking

As per your enquiry and Site visit, we would like to submitt our best price for the above
mentioned project.

Our Offer
Our offer for the above said Project shall be TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND AND SEVEN
HUNDRED AND EIGHTY Qatari riyal only(260700.00 QAR). Offer will be strictly based on the
BOQ Attached along with the Quotation and subjected to sub -contract agreement/LPO.

Project Duration
1. There will be a mobilization period of 3 days from the date of receiving the first payment.
2. Project will be completed within 30 days from the date of starting the work.

Terms and Conditions

1. Our offer is strictly based on the BOQ attached ( approximate amount), any deviation from the
BOQ will be considered as the variation and separate bill will be submitted. Detailed BOQ with
correct quantity of materials will be submitted later
2. All drawings and documents related with the project will be Eminent General Contracting WLL
3. All approval will be Under the scope of client
4. All documents required for the gate pass and work permit will be submitted by the Eminent
General Contracting WLL and necessary supports will be given by the Client
5. Electricity and water will be Under the scope of Client
6. Material Storage and waste dumping area designated by Client
7. This quotation includes the rate for line marking on the road only, for the signage boards
separate quotation will be submitted
Payment Terms
1. Advance payment : 70% of the total amount
2. After Successful Completion of Work : 30 % of the total amount
