any laboratory? If No ano ang assurance na mag push thru ang laboratory? Nasaan ang

Testing, mako-cover ba un ng Maxicare?

o Ano difference sa Non-accredited hospital within the Philippines?

 Dahil optional ang Dental care. Kapag i-aavail ko ito mag dadagdag ako ng 387pesos sa 23,589
pesos na Annual payment for platinum. Total of 23976 pesos ang kailangan ko bayaran. Tama

 Tulad sa Life insurance may makukuha pag namatay? 50k?

 Paano ma ke-claim? Sino mag ke-claim? May beneficiary ba ang Maxicare?

 Ayan ung na mention ko sayo before. Na sabi ng pinsan ko is effective date na pwede magamit
ung card. Then sabi mo is for payment un.
 Pag kakaintindi ko kasi jaan kapag na receive ung payment ko, magagamit ko ung card sa 1st of
the following month pa. Kapag naman 16th to 30th na receive ung payment, magagamit ung card
ko by 16th of the following month pa.
 So Kailan ko pwede magamit ung card?
