Control Measures to be Enforced Remarks / Actions
 Properly ventilate work area, use disposable Supervisor
respirators.

 Drip trays shall be used to avoid any leakage of painting
liquids.
 Minimum quantity of the paint shall be store at the site.
 All painting material shall be stored at well ventilated
areas.
 All painting material shall be used as per
manufacturer’s provided material safety data sheets.
 All painting activities shall be carried out by
experienced workers.
 All operatives of paints shall be explained the hazards &
their precaution associated with the paints.
 All workers shall be fully equipped with safety shoes,
hand gloves, hard helmet, face shield & cover-alls.
 Washing facility shall be available to wash the effected
parts of the body by paints.
