Associate Recruiter (Information Technology)


Noida / Gurgaon
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying
potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and update Job descriptions
2. Providing end-to-end staffing solutions to ITES, IT & Telecom domain clients at middle &
senior levels
3. Acquire & Map client’s manpower requirements, prepare & communicate assignment
briefs
4. Coordinate headhunting using networked database, ensuring right candidate for right
job
5. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards
6. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and
professional platforms
7. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
8. Undertake preliminary personal & telephonic discussions to assess & verify candidate’s
educational background, experience & competency levels, job and cultural fit and
required role expectations as per the needs
9. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
10. Maintain a systematic and comprehensive database of qualified candidates on major
skill-sets and organizations in the industry
11. Coordinate for interview Schedules and the subsequent selection process and ensure
timely joining.
12. Reporting recruitment statistics & account management activities.

Requirements
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Proven work experience ( 1+ Years) as an HR Recruiter or similar role (Not Mandatory)
 Familiarity with resume databases / job boards / social networks
 Experience with sourcing techniques
 Sound judgement
