03 Brief Description of the Project: The Pedro Sa. Baculio Elementary School is
committed on a child centered educational system that caters the needs, priority of
improvements and future referrals and modification of school through teacher training. As
the department of education mandates school to undertake in-service training for
teachers based on RA 9155, the Pedro Sa Baculio Elementary School recognizes the need
for evidenced based output. The school based in-service training aims to engage teachers
in on the pedagogies for beginning reading cum story writing.
