I. Background of the Project
The Project BB or “Beautify the Box” is a project initiated through the ABM Core
Subject Earth and Life. This school year the ABM Students taking up Earth and Life

subject under Ms. Donnabelle Basto mutually engage themselves in beautifying the newly
constructed rough plant box and planting ornamental plants to contribute to the
environment as well as help in reducing results of exogenous processes such as weathering
and erosion.

II. Rationale
The Project BB or “Beautify the Box” was started to beautify the mentioned area of
the school as well as to help instill the following values to the ABM Students:
 Environmental Awareness
 Unity
 Cooperation
 Compassion

III. Implementing Guidelines

The Project BB accomplishes to abide by the following guidelines to come up with
a successful output.
1. The respective class presidents from each group meet regularly under the
supervision of Ms. Basto
2. The agenda of the meeting are the following:
 Contribution and Budget
 Division of Labor
 Target daate of Accomplishment
3. The whole department agreed to have a voluntary 10 – peso contribution to cover
the expenses on plants, paints and tools.
4. The 24 – meter long plant box was divided into six sections. Thus, each section
will work on a 4 – meter long portion of the plant box.
5. Other materials such as garden soil and paint brushes will be shouldered by the
section based on their available resources.
6. The target date of accomplishment is July 13, 2017 – Thursday.
