I. DESKRIPSYON NG KURSO: Sang-ayon sa ipinag-uutos ng Batas Republika 1425, sákop ng

kursong ito ang búhay at mga akda ng pambansang bayani ng
bansa, si Jose Rizal. Ilan sa mga paksang sákop ay ang talambuhay
ni Rizal at kaniyang mga isinulat, lalo na ang mga nobela niyang
Noli me tangere at El filibusterismo, ilang mga sanaysay, at iba’t
ibang liham.

IV. MGA LAYUNIN NG KURSO:

1. matalakay ang búhay ni Jose Rizal sa konteksto ng Filipinas sa ika-19 dantaon;

2. masuri ang iba‟t ibang akda ni Rizal, lalo na ang mga nobela niyang Noli Me Tangere at El
Filibusterismo;
3. maorganisa ang mga idea ni Rizal sa iba‟t ibang paksa;
4. maipakita ang isang mapanuring pagbása sa mga pangunahing batis;
5. magkaroon ng interpretasyon sa mga halagahang maaaring magmula sa pag-aaral sa búhay at
mga akda ni Rizal;
6. makapagpamalas ng pagpapahalaga sa edukasyon at pagmamahal sa bansa.

IX. MGA TUNTUNIN

1. Hindi magbibigay ng espesyal na pagsusulit ang guro sa mga mag-aaral na liban sa araw ng pagsusulit,
maliban na lamang kung ang mag-aaral ay may balido at katanggap-tanggap na rason.
2. Kinakailangan ng mga mag-aaral na gumawa at magsumite ng mga akademikong papel at sulating papel
sa takdang araw na napagkasunduan ng buong klase.
3. Ang anumang akademiko o sulating papel na hindi naisumite sa takdang araw ay may kaukulang bawas
na marka.
4. Responsibilidad ng mga mag-aaral na alamin ang paksang tinalakay sa mga araw na siya ay liban upang
makahabol sa talakayan sa klase.
5. Ang magsisilbing grado para sa pinal na pagsusulit ay magmumula sa ginawang pelikula na Rizal, Noli
Me Tangere, at El Felibusterismo.
6. Ang iba pang tuntunin ay pag-uusapan sa loob ng klase.
