ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


PROCEDURE FREQUENCY
P/SHE/s-029 Participate in special SHE activities or assignments. As required
P/SHE/s-008 Attend meetings of which SHE is a significant part of the agenda. Monthly
P/SHE/s-006 Evaluate the SHE performance of your subordinates. Annually
P/SHE/s-007 Inform employees of their responsibility to hazards to their immediate Initially and

P/SHE/s-022 Follow up on hazards reported by employees. Daily
P/SHE/s-042 Use task analysis and procedures in incident investigations, Group As required

P/SHE/s-022 Take remedial action – as required – following incident investigations. As required

P/SHE/s-042 Conduct / attend “at the scene” investigations as per procedure As required

P/SHE/s-022 Take actions to rectify basic causes as identified by task assessment Quarterly
reports.
P/SHE/s-012 Participate in an emergency training drill of each identified potential Monthly

P/SHE/s-018 Check master valves according to the applicable checklist. Monthly
P/SHE/s-022 Take remedial actions as required following injury / illness analysis. Quarterly
P/SHE/o-002 Check the PPE of subordinates. Daily
P/SHE/s-022 Apply control measures for identified hazards. As required
P/SHE/s-041 Conduct mini risk assessments before task are conducted As required
P/SHE/s-007 Induct / orientate new or transferred Operators. As required
P/SHE/s-008 Issue proper task instructions with each new or different task As required

P/SHE/s-022 Make planned personal contacts with subordinates. Daily
