    1) On October 4th, 2013 at 11:45 am, a small electric fire was reported at the KAZ project site near electric generator GTG#2 via human call. 2) The fire started in the electric distribution board and was quickly extinguished within 30 seconds by employee Ahmad Fouad using sand. 3) The fire caused minor damage to some electric cables and was determined to be caused by heat. Recommendations included replacing damaged cables and using a different kind of termination.
