Based on my observation from my food diary for the whole week, there are days that I have met some of the daily recommended amounts of each nutrient, and there are days that I
haven't. As shown in the table above, the carbohydrates I've intake were within the normal range since I know how to adjust. If you have noticed on day 3 when I have my dinner, I only eat
Pancit Guisado, and I no longer eat rice since Pancit is a high carbohydrate. For Protein, it's my huge problem. I will be honest with that because I can't control myself from overeating of meat. I
need to have the same mindset as Carbohydrates in dealing with the Proteins. The Fats are within the normal range of its recommended amount. For Vitamins and Minerals, there are days I have
consumed foods that are rich in these nutrients, particularly the vegetables, which increases their amount and exceed to the recommended amount which I must be always aware of the Upper
Tolerable Limit or the highest amount of vitamins and minerals that I can take without risk. And there are days that their value was decreased too much since some of the foods that I intaken had
no vitamin and mineral content such as the Sandwich, Corned Beef, and Chiffon Cake. I have also maintained to drink at least 8-9 glasses of water a day. As for the Calories, out of 7 days, there
are only 2 days (Day 1 and 7) that I have met its recommended amount. As I have tallied and interpreted the data, I realized that I need to be careful about what I am eating. Because for now, I
don't feel anything yet, but maybe when I get older, there will be a time that all of the implications will come out, which is the result of too much abuse on my body.
