Madam:

I have the honor to submit my accomplishment for the school year 2018– 2019 from May 2018 to
April 2019.

I. Introduction

This school year are fulfilled of learning activities that could develop our professional growth and
development. These learning activities post a challenge for me as Senior High School Technical
Vocational and Livelihood teacher, because learning is a continuous process wherein individual should
not stop in acquiring new knowledge. The knowledge acquired must be treasured and must be used to
help my students to become productive, innovative, responsible and globally competitive students.

II. Staff Development

Attended all required meetings of the Senior High School Department and the school as a whole.

III.Accomplishments

 Supported during Brigada Eskwela last May 28-June 2 , 2019 at Capiz National High School, Roxas City

 Designated as Grade 11 Adviser.

 Designated as Bread and Pastry Production and Food and Beverage Services Teacher under the TVL stand.

 Designated by the Assistant Principal as Understanding Culture, Society and Politics and 21st Century
Literature of the Philippines and the world subject teacher for Grade- 11 Prudence.

 Participated on Earthquake drill last June 21, 2018 at Capiz National High School.

 Participated on 3rd Quarter of Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill last August 16, 2018 at Capiz
National High School.

 Designated as committee member in Food and Refreshment during 2018 interclass meet last August 24-25,
2018 at Capiz National High School.

 Participated the 3- Day In Service Training (INSET) of Senior High School Department last October 22-26,
2018 held at Capiz National High School.
 Participated in Lecture on Mid- Year Review Assessment at Capiz National High School last October 22-
26 ,2018.

 Designated as a Committee for refreshment during Senior High School Barrio Fiesta Last August 31, 2018
at Capiz National High School.

 Served as Cooperating Teacher for Campus Internship Training.

 Designated as Committee member on Kitchen / Mess hall during 2019 Western Visayas Regional Athletic
Association ( WVRAA) last February 17-23, 2019.

 Designated as Committee member on Billeting/ Sleeping Quarters accommodation during the 2019 Western
Visayas Regional Athletic Association ( WVRAA) last February 17-23, 2019.

IV. Problems Met

1. Insufficient number of learning modules for Bread and Pastry Production and Food and Beverage
Services for Grade 11.
2. Insufficient number of tools and materials for Bread and Pastry Production and Food and Beverage
Services for Grade 11 .
3. Lacking of Laboratory room for Bread and Pastry Production.
4. Insufficient tools and equipment for the shop laboratory.

V. Recommendation

1. There must be an additional Laboratory Room designed with TESDA Standard.

2. There must be sufficient or at least 1:1 ratio of student learning module to enhance the learning of
students.
3. There must have sufficient realia of Bread and Pastry Production and Food and Beverage Services
tools, equipment, and other materials.
