Generally, this study aims to determine the Impact of Leadership Styles on
Productivity of Employees on Selected Businesses in Pasay City.
Specifically, the study seeks to answer the following problems:

C. Position in the business?

2. What is the extent that the following leadership styles are there to the

employees?

2.1 Autocratic;

2.2 Democratic; and,

2.3 Laissez-faire Leadership Style?

3. What is the impact of the mentioned leadership styles to the productivity of the

employees?

4. Is there a significant difference on the mean response of the respondents on the

leadership style when they are grouped according to age and gender

5. Is there a significant difference on the mean response of the respondents on the

impact of leadership styles to the productivity of employees when they are

grouped according to age and gender?

san nanggaling ang p value, un ung sig sa taas katabi ng F (tignan ang table ng anove, may F at

Sa interpretation, pag mas mababa sa 0.05, significant. Kapag mas mataas, not significant.
sa case nila amurao, may result na significant sa autocratic leadership style.
kung may results na significant, tignan kung anong group ng age ang nag yield ng significant
response, tignan sa post hoc test, Tukey (for equal means) Test ang ginamit sa post hoc test.
Ginagawa ang post hoc test sa ANOVA kapag nagcocompare ng response ng three or more
groups para malaman kung anong group ang nag yield ng significant difference.
sa case nila, ang autocratic leadership style ang nag yield ng significant results.

So based sa post-hoc test, age 39-48 ang age group na nag yield ng significant difference. In
interpret bakit ang age group nayaan ang nagyield ng significant difference sa response nila.
Kung wala nmn nag yield ng significant difference, walang problema.
