JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purchasing Officer:
• Sourcing/searching for suppliers, analyze and negotiate price proposals and other
information to determine reasonable prices.
• Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms
and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes
• Work out agreements with suppliers, such as when products will be delivered
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost

• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers and conduct bidding process

• Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification

Customer Service:

 Respond promptly to customer inquiries


 Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
 Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
 Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
 Handle and resolve customer complaints
 Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
 Request information or assistance using paging systems

Cashier:

• Receive payment by cash (include foreign currencies) credit cards, vouchers, or automatic
debits.
• Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using cash
register and optical price scanners.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
