This plan is developed for you as a facilitator to guide the learner during the conduct of SDO MALABON SUPPLEMENTARY LEARNNG
MATERIALS (SLEM) entitled Grade 6 MAPEH: MUSIC-Quarter3-Module1: identifies simple musical forms of songs from the community:
1. binary (AB) - has 2 contrasting sections (AB) 2. ternary (ABA) -has 3 sections, the third section like the first; (ABC) – has 3
sections 3. rondo (ABACA) -has contrasting sections in between repetitions of the A section (ABACA); ARTS-Quarter3- Module1: Cr
Explains the truism that design principles still apply for any new design (contrast of colors, shapes, and lines produces harmony)
whether done by hand or machine (computer);P.E.-Quarter3-Module1: Assesses regularly participation in physical activities based
on the Philippines physical activity pyramid; Health-Quarter3-Module1: explains how poor environmental sanitation can negatively
impact the health of an individual . You will check the specified outputs of the learner, and afterwards, ensure and keep the answer key
with you.

You will guide/assist the learner to accomplish the following objectives which highlight the cognitive (thinking), psychomotor
(physical/kinesthetic) and affective (social/emotional/feeling) skills. Answer sheet will be used for answering the questions and activities.

(computer). PHYSICAL EDUCATION – Describe the Philippine Physical Activity Pyramid; Explain the indicator for fitness; Explain the
nature /background of target and striking game; Describes the skills involved the game. HEALTH – explains how poor environmental
sanitation can negatively impact the health of an individual.
