Technique, Step 1:
• Section 1 – Part off a rectangular section from the front hairline across the top
and ending above the occipital bone on the opposite side. The width of the section

is determined by the desired end result. Secure with a clip.

• Section 2 – Part off a rectangular section on the opposite side from the hairline
to the previous section. Secure with a clip.
Technique, Step 2:
• Apply Paul Mitchell the color 2 oz. 4RB + 2 oz. 20 volume Cream Developer
(1) to the perimeter back, sides and front.
• Apply Paul Mitchell the color 1oz. 5RB + 1oz. 20 volume Cream Developer
(2) to Section 3.
• Apply Paul Mitchell the color 1 oz. 6RB + 1oz. 30 volume Cream Developer
(3) to Section 1.
• Apply Paul Mitchell the color 1 oz. 7RB + 1 oz. 20 volume Cream Developer
(4) to Section 2.
