Urban areas have lesser city
lights that makes it easier for
the star to become visible.
Temperature in the dessert is
very hot during the day
because the heat is more
absorbed by the sand and no
plants and trees can help to
absorb the heat while during
the night, the heat will
evaporate from the sand
making the temperature to
decrease rapidly.
(What will you do)
I will test my hypothesis by
comparing the light and heavy
objects on which of them will
touch the ground faster.
At night, I will turn on the
flashlights and at the same time
I will turn it off to test if it is
true that the lesser lights the
more visibility of the stars.
I will go to the place where the
temperature is the same
temperature in the dessert and
I will monitor the temperature
during the day and also during
the night for me to know the
result if my tentative
hypothesis is true.

2. What will happen in the society if every member does NOT use a scientific method in all
there endeavors/problems. Explain with concrete example
- If every member does not use a scientific method in all their endeavors/problems
there will be an inaccurate result on the study or experiment and enable to help us
in solving the problems. It is a waste of time and effort in conducting a study without
following the scientific method, it will cause chaos and finding the right solution is
impossible. Example is when you’re going to study about on why does the
population here in the Philippines is rapidly increasing. If scientific method is not
followed in conducting this study, you’ll not going find the exact answer, evidences,
information and right solution on what to do to minimize the rapidly increasing
population. It will end up doing it over and over again and it will waste most of your
time and effort.
