Annotations: In making my lesson in this new normal set up, I consider the
students that can’t do certain performance because of the availability
materials and equipment needed. So that’s why some students have different
style in assessing them compare to some students. In assessing our students,
we have to consider their present situation, their capability to do certain task
and their learning differences.

Annotations: New normal set up in teaching is quite hard for me that’s why I
attended Webinars, MPRE/INSET and SLAC sessions. Joining virtual
webinars will hone our knowledge, skills and strategies in our teaching that
will help also our students in their academic status in distance learning.
When I first heard the LDM portfolio I thought it was just the same with the
other LDM that we have made last year. I was quite confused why we are still
need to do this for what reason, we still have the RPMS to do then there’s
another one. I feel stress also about the portfolio because I don’t know where
should I get the MOV’s or the artifacts. But through reading the memo about
LDM and watching videos on YouTube it made mi realize that it was not that
hard in finding those artifacts because mostly of them are already available in
our respective teaching class. When I begin making my portfolio, I see the
LDM Course made me realize all the things that I have been doing as an
educator that only needs to be documented properly. Yes, it is very
challenging to make this a success, yet this honed a lot of skills that I have
now. Also, both of my Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills towards my
colleague and the stakeholders. This made me stronger on how to deal with
the challenges that arises in every day. This course also opened a lot of

opportunities to teachers like me. This experiences and learnings in the new
normal gave me the wisdom, strength and confidence to develop my IPCRF
Portfolio efficiently and effectively. In this way, I can strongly prove that I did
my best in teaching the learners because of the MOVs that is present both in
my LDM and IPCRF Portfolio.

Annotations: Based on my reflection, it only shows that I have learned a lot
and meaningful yet effective and efficient experiences during the
implementation the LDM 2.

Annotations: Our colleagues is one of our support system in this new normal.
Having GC’s, meetings and collaboration with our colleagues help us to
understand the things easily that are going through every day. GC’s helps us
to disseminate information easily, raise our concerns and have brain storming
about some issues arise in our new normal set up.
