industry (OSD & Injectable).
1. Jul’19 to Present - Operations management, Tactical & Supply planning, Production scheduling, Material &
Inventory management, SnOP in Mylan Laboratories Limited, Bangalore (Injectable).

Designation: Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

➢ Ensure adherence of complete operational process, from order receipt to readiness of finished goods.
➢ Prepare 03 month rolling production plan based on order & forecast (NR) available for Commercial &
Launch batches on monthly basis.
➢ Ensure all API, RM & PM should be available for quarterly production cycle for mother & loan-license site.
➢ Ensure artwork implementation without any delay and write-off of inventory.
➢ Ensure inventory management by material transfer and code to code transfer within Inter/Intra

critical resources based on NR received on monthly basis.

and arrange a call with Global/Regional team.
➢ Prepare schedule adherence for manufacturing, packing and release of product on weekly/monthly basis.

➢ Create and maintain Supply network plan, Master data and System hygiene.

2. Mar’17 to Jun’19 - Customer service, Order management (MTO, MTS & VMI), MIS (SnOP, WOP, Etc.), Data
analysis & KPI monitoring (OTIF, PFR, BO, DoC, SO, Etc.) in Sandoz Private Limited, Mumbai (OSD).

Designation: Sr. Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

➢ Co-ordination with customers from APAC region (14 countries), USA & CA market to fulfill their
requirement and to resolve their concern/complications.
➢ Ensure product delivery as per order confirmed in SAP and inform customer as well for any delay.
➢ Ensure stocks level, what is defined for VMI & MTS products.
➢ Prepare MIS reports like NR, SnOP, WOP and other reports as per organization requirement.
➢ Prepare KPI reports like OTIF, PFR and Data analysis like backorder, days of coverage (DOC) and stockout.
➢ Creation of sales order manually in SAP for domestic market (IN) and WHO.
➢ Order confirmation on regular basis to maintain the transparency of supply to the customers.
➢ Weekly call with customer and regional team to understand their requirement (Commercial, Tender &
Launch).
➢ Co-ordination with Planning team to finalized production plan based on order priority (SO, BO Etc.).
➢ Co-ordination with Warehouse & Logistic team for mode & prioritization of dispatches based on stocks
and days of coverage (DOC) available in market and ensure low freight cost.
➢ Co-ordination with BPA team to finalized transfer price of product during budget preparation based on
customer demand / forecast (NR).
➢ Co-ordination with Legal & Logistic team to get approval for narcotics product from CDSCO & CBN
department.
 ➢ Ensure preparation & amendment of Tender contract and Service agreement as per revision of policy
guidelines.
➢ Ensure system hygiene, closing of old orders and maintain the order quantity as per MOQ/AOQ.
➢ Prepare NFCM report on monthly basis to identify and close to any financial mismatches.
➢ Prepare credit & debit notes on monthly basis to clear the dues to/from customer.

3. Feb’13 to Mar’17 - MIS (SnOP, Score card, Etc.), Data analysis & KPI monitoring (Plan adherence, DIFOT, SO, Etc.),

Roles & Responsibilities:

➢ Prepare 03 month rolling production plan based on order & forecast (NR) available for Commercial &
Launch batches on monthly basis.
➢ Prepare 12 month rolling demand vs. supply commit plan for customer on monthly basis, based on
forecast (NR).
➢ Prepare 03 month rolling supply plan for customer, logistic & warehouse in weekly bucket on monthly
basis, based on production plan.
➢ Prepare API Indent file and EGC requirement for 04 FDF unit on monthly basis and ensure the delivery as
well.
➢ Prepare SnOP to balance demand and supply with the help of cross functional team to avoid any surprises
and arrange a call with Global/Regional team.

delay.

PROJECT
1. Shipper Harmonization, Mylan Laboratories Limited (Viatris), Bangalore.
May 2021 to Present (Full Time): The purpose of SH harmonization project is to avoid multiple codes, warehouse
space constraint and un-necessary write off.

2. NOSSCE (Novartis Operational Standards for Supply Chain Excellence), Sandoz Private Limited (Novartis), Mumbai.
Oct 2018 to May 2019 (Full Time): The purpose of NOSSCE project was to identify and improve the process of
end to end supply chain process through implementations of new KPIs.
 3. Shape-Up Implementation (SAP-APO Integration), Sandoz Private Limited (Novartis), Mumbai.
Aug 2017 to Mar 2018 (Full Time): The purpose of Shape-Up Implementation (SAP-APO Integration) was to
integrate and feed all the input data in SAP, which helps in improvement of better production planning, supply
planning, order management and customer service.
