ABSTRACT
Attendance in classrooms ensures continuity in the student learning process. When a student is absent
from class, it has an adverse effect on their academic performance.
This study aimed to determine the factors that influencing students absenteeism in senior high school
level. The study was conducted in Carrascal National High School and used a survey questionnaire to
obtain data from a sample of 30 respondents from Grade 11 HumSS students of Carrascal National High
school. The data collected was analyzed using tables to find out the result or the factors affecting
students absenteeism. Based on the results, lack of sleep, late night browsing in social media,
transportation, a bad influence from friends are the main factors in students absenteeism.

ABSTRACT
Social networking is a prevalent pattern today, particularly amongst young student. Due to its usability,
speed and achievement, social networking is quickly changing people in general talk in the public arena,
setting pattern and motivation in subjects that is selection from environment and governmental issues
to the technology and media outlets.
This study aims to find the possible effects of frequent use of social networking sites among the
senior high school students of Carrascal National High School on their academic performance. Survey
Questionnaire was used in order to collect and gather the data. The study has showed that most of the
candidates having cell phone which likewise had the access of internet and they knew about many social
media sites.

ABSTRACT
Cleanliness benefits a lot not only the human being but to other creation.
This study explored to assess the effectiveness of a Project Green in Carrascal National High
School and quantitative research was conducted on 30 students on each year level and data were
collected by a valid and reliable questionnaire. It is said that in a month, 70% and 4 out of 10 areas were
monitored and 151 out of 170 students assess the cleanliness level as dirt and 19 as clean. A significantly
positive correlation was observed between students.
This Project Green is suggested to be reinforced with more emphasis in any place inside the campus to
have significant relationship between students and environment.

This study aimed to investigate the tolerance of students in studying their lessons. Result of the study

This study determined the Student’s level of Preparedness in times of calamities which served as
a very of examining their knowledge and awareness on what to do when facing such crisis.
Disasters strike in every corner of the world, during every season, and on different scales
throughout the year. That is why it is so important to put time into planning and preparation long before
the disaster strikes.
Reducing the casualty is the main goal of this study through the widespread of knowledge and
awareness on what level of preparedness one must undergo. Researchers conducted survey from the
Grade 11 Senior High School student of Carrascal National High School in order to measure the level of
preparedness in this type of matters, the instrument used contains declarative statements that are
answerable by always, sometimes and never with corresponding points 1 to 3. Level of preparedness
was formulated and set by the researchers that served as basis of analyzing the data collected. Scores 1
to 15 were identified as not prepared, scores 16.

ABSTRACT
As technology and internet use became a staple of everyday life. Excessive use of it is introduced,
which may lead to addiction and affect the student's class performance.
This study explored the possible effect of excessive use of online games on students class performance.
The respondents are Grade 12 HumSS-2 Makatarungan students, not only they play during free time but
they also play during class hours. According to Chappell et al.(2006) Online games who viewed
themselves as playing excessively appeared to show several core components of addiction such as mood
modification, tolerance, withdrawal symptoms, craving and relapse.
