Reflected Summary
LDM 1 ( Learning Delivery Modality) course challenges the minds of school
Leaders to be motivated and to perform the best of him/her in order to respond
from what is expected from a School leader, especially in this time of pandemic.

Teachers encountered numerous challenges just to reach out learners

especially those with insufficient and have very poor internet connection. There1s a
question on how to effectively implement the Modular distance in the locality, but
with this course, we were given guidance on technical assistance will be extended
to our clients.

Managing the school is very challenging but a leader ways and means will do.
Have courage to face any challenges for the betterment of the school as whole
