1. Listen and repeat.
- T introduce the sounds /br/
br brother and /gr/.
- T asks Ps to give which

similar to, and then have Ps
read words after you.
- S’s practice the sounds
carefully.

- T plays the CD.


- T asks S’s look at the book,
listen to the CD and repeats
the chant.
- S’s listen and repeat the
chant in chorus.
- T asks S’s practice in pair.
- T asks some pairs to ask and
answer.
