18I. Opening Prayer

19         The meeting started at precisely 9:16 A.M. with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Ellen Sia.
20II. Reading of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting  
21         The minutes of the previous meeting were read by Mr. William Romasanta. A motion to
22approve the meeting was made by Mrs. Ellen L. Sia and seconded by Mrs. Angela Valdelleon. 
23III. Concern of Guidance Office
24         Mrs. Angela Valdellon informed that there will be a webinar about mental health for all the
25teachers of IBED and College this October 15. And for October 19-22, there will be a training 4-
26day training for IBED peer listeners and SHS peer facilitator.

28IV. Concern of the Student Activity Coordinator / Prefect of Discipline    
29         Mr. Raymond R. Llagas presented the accomplished activities and the following proposed
30calendar of activities for October. Last September 6, 2021, there was a first virtual flag ceremony
31for every section. September 7 is the SHEC meeting, September 8 is the nativity of the Virgin
32Mary through the ecological rosary. There was an activity about the season of creation like an
33infomercial, poster-making contest, and united Cordian plantitos and plantitas. September 8 was
34the announcement of winners. September 19 to 27 was the schedule of novena mass for Saint
35Vincent de Paul. Mr. Llagas also presented the proposed activity for October. For October 1,
36There will be a 7:15 Daily Mass schedule, and in the afternoon will be the first meeting in the
37religious club. October 1 is the online jamboree of scout leaders. For October 4, there will be an
38activity about “ Ugnayang Iglesia at Escuela 101” a short video will be posted on the CVF FB
39page about the ecology and ministry of the Diocese of Lucena and the main speaker is Rev. Fr.
40Waren Puno the Director of Ecology and Ministry of Diocese of Lucena. A supplementary lesson
41about the holy rosary is disseminated to every adviser because October is the month of the rosary.
42October 8 is Taizé prayer, and all students are invited on the same day of special interest club.
43October 15 is the global handwashing day and in the afternoon there will be leadership training.
44October 18 is a daily mass schedule sponsored by the grade 11 ABM. October 20 is the daily

45mass schedule sponsored by grade 11 STEM. October 22 is the religious club meeting. October
4625, there will be a United Nations Day celebration. Lastly, is the Ugnayang Iglesia at Escuela 101,
47there will be a short video about the commission of mission in the Diocese of Lucena and the
48main speaker is Fr. Marcelo the director of the Commission on Mission of the Diocese of Lucena.
49V. Concern of the Strand Coordinators

51         Mr. Romasanta, ABM Coordinator is concerned about the requested schedule of Mrs.
52Reynoso.She asked permission if she can conduct her lesson in accounting every 5:30 pm to 7:00
53pm. Mrs, Sia explained that in real-life situations it takes a lot of time and effort for the students to
54study accounting. Mr. Uriarte allowed the request of Mrs. Reynoso due to the conflict of schedule
55provided it will explain well to the students. 
56         Mr. Magdalera, HUMSS Coordinator, concerned about the date of submission teaching
57guide and FIDP. He mentioned also the observation of classes, that all teachers are already
58observed. The link for observation during PAASCU was already submitted. He added that the
59next Strand meeting will be announced after the celebration of teacher’s day.

62VI. Concern of the Vice Principal
63         Mrs. Sia’s concern started in the third batch of subjects. She mentioned the schedule of the
64exam. October 16, 2021 is the midterm and October 23 is the final exam. As mentioned that there
65will be a mock accreditation, Mrs. Sia asked the three-strand coordinators to submit already the
66teaching guide and FIDP of all the subjects which will be held on October 18 and 19. She asked
67also for a copy of all the FIDP and Teaching Guides of the previous subjects because accreditors
68might ask for the following documents. She added that all the documents must be intactbefore
69accreditation. Mrs. Sia also presented the lineup of all the subjects in the actual accreditation as
70follows, Kumunikasyon sa Pananaliksik sa Wika at Kulturang Pilipino, Personal Development,
71Introduction to Philosophy of the human person. For grade 12, Media and Information Literacy,
72General Physics, Applied Economics, Creative Writing, and General Biology. She asked again the
73coordinators to remind all the subjects teachers to do all the teaching guide and FIDP and submit
74it in advance to be checked. For the concern of Aralinks pocket training, there will be a schedule
75of training for October. She added that teachers must utilize the use of Aralinks in terms of
76discussion of the lesson and giving quizzes. Mr. Uriarte asking also all the teachers to give
77comments about the concern of utilizing the Aralinks because he mentioned that we pay a lot for
78our subscription. He suggested that our Aralinks instructor have 100 percent full monitoring
79during exams.

81VII. Concern of the Principal
82         Mr. Uriarte started the meeting with the concern about the definite date and schedule of
83activities for October to be submitted to the President’s council. He reminded the body to utilize
84the official group chat of the Senior High School for communication and announcement. He
85requested all the coordinators to submit all the activities in advance. He also added that all
86activities every month must have an intact record. For the concern of PAASCU, he mentioned that
87we need to work on the additional appendices that needed to be submitted in the PAASCU main
88office. He announced that there will be two days mock accreditation on October 18 and 19. There
89will be an observation of classes and interviews in nine areas. He requested the Academics that all
90the teachers must be submitted their links for observation. Mr. Uriarte requested all strand
91coordinators to start already the observation. He added that after observation post-conference must
92be followed. Another brought out concern is the Teacher's Day celebration. He announced that
93October 5, 2021, is the non-class day, there was already a memo coming from the regional office.
94There will be an asynchronous activity for students for the whole day. He mentioned also
95registering for the launching of the ESC party list. In the afternoon there will be a program and
96activities for all the private schools in Lucena, he added that there will have exciting prizes and
97raffle draws. Our school also had an entry in TikTok challenge. Mr. Catindig is one of the
98representatives of the Senior High School department.
99On October 8, 2021, there will be a simple teacher celebration for the faculty of the Senior High
100School. He requested all faculty to attend the celebration, he added that Visita Domiciliaria and

101activity will be held in the gymnasium to observe social distancing and health protocol. There will
102be an oath-taking of PTC and homeroom officers after the 7:15 mass.    
103VIII. Other Matters 
104         Mrs. Sia asked about the upcoming activity for the celebration of United Nations Day on
105October 25. Through the HUMSS strand coordinator Mr. Jessie Magdalera, Mrs. Sia asked if ever
106we can articulate the activity in our academics. She added also that during the strand meeting we
107will have informed the teachers about the articulation and values integration of the activity. 
108Mrs. Sia congratulated the ( 3) strand coordinators for their strand meeting, checking of TG, and
109observing classes. She congratulated also Mr. Magdalera for the COP and Sir Raymond for the
110successes of leadership training. Also,a congratulatory remark for the success of the first
111homeroom meeting for parents. Mr. Uriarte was also reminded about the bulletin board of every
112strand. 
113 IX. Closing Prayer  
114         The meeting was adjourned at exactly 11: 20 a.m. with a closing prayer led by Mr. Ronaldo
