class until the second meeting, as enrolment is still ongoing.

2. Please use CANVAS as the learning management system and Google Meet for

synchronous online discussions. You may check the attached Online Learning Primer

for Graduate Education for the complete details.

3. Moreover, integration of life skills and social and environmental

awareness/issues/concerns in the lessons is highly encouraged.

4. Kindly remind your students to check the Libraries and Media Center course found in

their CANVAS Dashboard for information on how to access LSU Library.

 5. Clearance for salary may be secured immediately after the submission of the

following:

a. Hard copies of the class record and grade sheets;

b. Hard and soft copies of the course syllabus using the recent format;
c. Hard and soft copies of written comprehensive exam (WCE) questions.

6. Deadline for grade submission is on December 11, 2021.
