Kaantasan ng Pang-uri
Isinasaad sa Batas Republika 8293, Seksiyon 176 na: Hindi maaaring magkaroon ng
karapatang-sipi sa anumang akda ang Pamahalaan ng Pilipinas. Gayunpaman, kailangan
muna ang pahintulot ng ahensiya o tanggapan ng pamahalaan na naghanda ng akda kung ito
ay pagkakakitaan. Kabilang sa mga maaaring gawin ng nasabing ahensiya o tanggapan ay
ang pagtakda ng kaukulang bayad.
Ang mga akda (kuwento, seleksiyon, tula, awit, larawan, ngalan ng produkto o brand
name, tatak o trademark, palabas sa telebisiyon, pelikula, atbp.) na ginamit sa modyul na ito
ay nagtataglay ng karapatang-ari ng mga iyon. Pinagsumikapang matunton ang mga ito upang
makuha ang pahintulot sa paggamit ng materyales. Hindi inaangkin ng mga tagapaglathala at
mga may-akda ang karapatang-aring iyon. Ang anumang gamit maliban sa modyul na ito ay
kinakailangan ng pahintulot mula sa mga orihinal na may-akda ng mga ito.

Ang Pang-uri ay bahagi ng pananalitang naglalarawan o nagbibigay-
turing sa pangngalan panghalip. Naririto ang iba’tibang kaantasan ng pang-
uri:

Ang anyo ng pang-uri kung ito ay naglalarawan lamang ng iisang
pangngalan o panghalip.

Sa panahong ito ng digital age kung saan bahagi na ng buhay ang Internet, cable,
television, video games, smart phones, tablet, at iba pang modernisasyon sa
komunikasyon at sa pamumuhay, nagiging mas mabigat ang hamong kinahaharap
ng mga magulang sa pagpapalaki ng mga anak na may mabubuting pagpapahalaga
at magagandang asal kaysa sa nakalipas na limampung taon. Ayon sa pag-aaral,
halos 75% ng mga sanggol mula 0-1 taon ay nakapanonood ng telebisyon at 37% sa
mga ito ay nakapanonood araw-araw. Ayon naman sa pag-aaral na isinagawa ng
Kaiser Family Foundation noong 2010, ang mga kabataang may edad 8 hanggang
18 ay gumugugol daw ng 7 oras at 38 minuto araw-araw sa paggamit ng iba’t ibang
uri ng media. Ayon pa rin sa nasabing pag-aaral, ang 7 oras at 38 minuto na ito ay
napapalawig pa nang hanggang 10 oras at 45 minuto dahil sa tinatawag na media
multitasking kung saan sabay-sabay na binubuksan at ginagamit ng isang kabataan
ang iba’tibang media o applications. Napakalaki ng epekto nito sa nabubuong pag-
uugali, pagpapahalaga, pag-iisip, at pamumuhay ng mga kabatanan.
Kaya naman, sa ganitong kalagayan ay lalongmahalaga ang presensiya ng
magulang upang magabayan ang kani-kanilang mga anak sa pagharap sa mga
impluwensiyang dala ng digital age. Ang matiyagang pagtuturo at paggabay ng
magulang pa rin ang pinakamahalaga sa panahong ito. Subalit mahalaga rin ang
pagtanggap at pagsunod ng mga anak sa payo o pangaral ng magulang.
