Monday: Today I had they day off

Tuesday: Today I worked from home on the presentation I need to create for the LEP project

which was nice I have majority of it done already I just need to get the rest of the data in. I have

also put together questions I’d like to find out through this research and from the other people

that will be assisting with this project.

Wednesday: I went in to the office today and Alex from HR did Huddle at 9:15Am. After this I

went to the office and began working on sifting through more of the data and looking over the

powerpoint presentation I was creating. The computer took some time because it kept freezing

and I did not realize that the settings in Microsoft do not save in your profile and need to be reset

on each computer. Which is unfortunate that I had to learn this the hard way because when the

computer froze and crashed it also deleted some of what I was working on and I had start over.

Thursday: Today I came into the office at 9 and then went to huddle at 9:15, Alex was doing

huddle this morning and they also had a scrub sale going on for the hospital workers in the lower

classrooms which was cool. I also heard them discuss protocols and safety measures and other

things that need to be addressed within the hospital as they usually do. Today I had to shift

computer spaces again since the office I am typically in is now being used and the secondary

space I used was also being used. I was supposed to work in the copy area however, that

computer was not working so I went into Ms.Maria’s office to work on doing some Patient

complaints stuff until she needed her space again and I went home to finish up on my personal

computer. Hopefully, I am able to get another space to work from in the office however,If that is
not possible I wouldn’t mind continuing to do things remotely from home as all I need in this

stage is a good computer and I have had many issues with the ones in the office.

Friday: They had not come in to fix the computer so I spend the day working on the patient

complaints and there are thousands of them. I am sifting through to find positive remarks that

patients make about the staff to recognize them at PFAC and so that we can encourage others to

follow suit to improve overall patient satisfaction in the hospital.
