A dredger vessel is a type of ship that has excavating equipment on board and is used to remove sand

and other sediments from the seabed. Its primary purpose is to increase the depth of waterways for
larger ships or to dump sediments for land reclamation purposes. Mechanical and hydraulic dredgers
were the two types of dredger vessels. Mechanical dredging is the process of picking up sediments using
mechanical equipment, while hydraulic dredging is the process of mixing sediment with water and then
removing it from the dredged location using pumps.

A tanker vessel is a ship that is used to carry or store massive liquids or gases through the seas and
ocean. The most common types of tanker vessels are the chemical and product carriers, liquefied gas
carriers, and oil tankers. An Oil Tanker is designed to transport petroleum products in mass volume.
These ships transport a large range of products, from crude oil to refined goods. On the other hand,
Product/chemical tankers are designed to carry chemicals and liquid products in large quantities. This
type of tanker vessel is smaller in size as compared to the oil tankers. The tanks of this particular tanker
are also covered with epoxy, which protects the cargo and helps in tank cleaning.
