resources?
Response:The company plans to create an Operations and Training plan for Plant Pals to
improve on existing customer service standards and boost efficiency.Office Green will promote the
new service with a new marketing and sales strategy, a redesigned website with a new Plant Pals
landing page, and a print catalog.

Response We know the % goal of retention rate we are looking for and by when it needs to
done (end of 3rd quarter).

Response:  Yes, the company has the knowledge, time, and resources to improve the
website and increase awareness. It also has previous metrics to compare.

revenue.
