HISTORICAL CONTEXT
Rohini is a well-developed residential city in North West Delhi in India. It was the first sub-city project of Delhi Development Authority
(DDA), which was started in the 1980s to provide a composite society for all income groups. Delhi Development Authority constructing
a state-of-the-art Twin District Centre (Layout plan designed by Ar. B. V. Doshi) there which comprise of two district centres (Pocket 1 &
Pocket 2) over 33 hectares each and a central green of 100 hectares which separate them (Japanese Park).
