WORK EXPERIENCE -:
Payroll -:
✓ Maintaining the payroll information by directing the collection, calculation entering of data.
✓ Update payroll record by reviewing and approving the changes in job titles, savings, deductions,
Department/division transfer.
✓ Balance payroll account by resolving payroll discrepancies.
✓ Provide payroll information by answering questions on request. Provide employees with salary slips.
HR Operations-:
✓ Responsible for maintenance of Employee database in the system. Statutory compliance – ESIC, PF, PT
Etc.
✓ Leave Calculation. Attendance of the Employees.
✓ Maintaining records of all employees (from joining till resigning / retirement) Looking after joining
formalities
✓ Doing Reference check.
✓ Policy & Process formation – Travel, Food & Accommodation policy, Leave policy, mobile & data

Performance Management -:
Recruitment-:
✓ Creating job postings and putting them up online on sites like Monster.com, Naukri.com, other media etc.
✓ Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skills ✓
Attending job fairs and other events and searching for talent. ✓ Interviewing potential job candidates
✓ Performing other assessments of job candidates' skills, such as by giving a written test or hiring for a trial
period, etc.
✓ Judging applicants based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics
✓ Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies who may know suitable candidates.
✓ Drafting offer letters and participating in negotiation over salary and job duties.
✓ Coordinate with seniors for employees various issues / grievances/ counselling / hand holding etc.
✓ Handling Employee grievances at Junior and Middle level.
✓ Regularly discussing specific issues with employees regarding their grievances and resolving them.
Exit Process-:
✓ Conducting exit interview, trying to retain the employee, understanding reasons for exit.
✓ Helping to smooth completion of exit process, handling full and final settlement.
