school using the rubric for school organization as your guide. Use the following format

early grades it helps students achieve,
because there is a greater opportunity for

teacher in a small class. Teachers generally
have better morale in a small class, too,
and are less likely to feel overwhelmed by
having a variety of students with different
backgrounds and achievement levels. As a
result, they are more likely to provide a
supportive environment and it also helps
reduce the distractions in the room and
gives the teacher more time to devote to
each child.

Well I believed that other countries
school has their assistant teacher in which
were used to provide extra classroom
support to the teacher to meet the wide
range of needs and abilities of a student
and I believed also that having a teacher’s
assistant in our country can provide better
teaching, supporting learning, breaking
work down and personalizing it to pupils’
needs and having teacher’s assistant don’t
have problem in increasing class size. The
reason in reducing class is to provide better
teaching and greater opportunity for
individual interaction between student and
teacher in a small class, now having a
teacher assistant can meet the needs of
student in interacting between teacher and
student even in a large class.
In addition to classroom facilities, it is
intended that all schools have a standard
complement of space necessary to
implement educational support services to
students and staff within existing facilities
or as resources become available. Because
of facility and resource limitations, it will
be necessary to provide for shared-use of
classroom space and other school facilities.
The groupings of the student must be
based on the ability of the student. There
is the entrance examination to examine
the ability of the student and tracking
which children take different classes based
on their proficiency levels. These helping
teachers to cope with widely varying levels
of ability and achievement of the student.

In response to an insufficient number
of teachers, inefficient deployment
practices, or scarcity of funds, contract
teachers are often hired for secondary
teaching and paid through school or
community fees. Contract teachers have a
less stable source of remuneration,
creating issues of absenteeism and
retention that the schools themselves must
address. Employing contract teachers as
part of the civil service teaching force may
stabilize the teaching corps and provide
better quality teachers in schools that have
difficulty retaining teachers or in certain
subject areas.
I suggest wit facility management because
it is related with space allocation,
to ensure that the building work well
performed by providing an effective
environment for occupants. In education
institution space was important to
accommodate students and ensure the
safety environment for classroom and
fulfill the school management and students
requirements.
I really believed that sectioning of the
student must be based on the ability of the
