ESTIMATION ERECTION-SITE TEST OF THE IBT TRANSFORMER 500 KV√3 (6 UNIT TRANSFORMER @ 1 PHASE)

I ERECTION
1 Inspection
1.1. Check the placement of Transformer on foundation
- Refer plan view (Foundation Interface Drawing)
- Check declination degree the transformer by water pass if needed
1.2. Check visually on maintank of Transformer
- Check paint maintank of Transformer
- Check all compartement which is mounted on maintank
1.3. Check visually dry air or Nitrogen gauge on maintank (Pressure Gauge)
1.4. Down Load Shock Log Recorder
1.5. Insulation Resistance test for CM-E, CM-Frame & Frame - E (Start from 500 Vdc)

2 Install Cooling Radiator ( 6 Sets )


2.1. Open Radiators Crates & Check Condition (Take Photo)
2.2. Prepare Properly Radiator Gaskets (6x2 = 12 pcs)
2.3. Prepare and Install Radiator Support for Upper - Lower refer to Drawing

3 Install Mainconservator
3.1. Open Mainconservator Crates and Check Condition
3.2. Install Support for Mainconservator
3.3. Install Mainconservator
4 Install and Connect HV Bushing ( 1 Set ) - Class 500/√3 KV
5 Install and Connect LV Bushing ( 1 Set ) (Need Refer to Rating Plate)
Note : After Assembly , please inject N2 / Dry Air to main tank Transformer

Install and Connect the Piping (Refer to Drawing the Number of Piping)
6 Install Pipe for Bucholz, Bucholz and Compartement
7 Install Drain Pipe for Mainconservator
8 Install Pipe for Air Escape HV-LV Turret
8 Install Airbreather pipe for Mainconservator
9 Install Draining and Gas Collecting Devices for Bucholz
10 Install Ladder for Maintank Transformer

11 Leak Test for Transformer During Leak Test in paralel connect the wiring for protection and
Inject N2 / Dry Air on 0.4 Bar for 24 Hours Devices of Transformer
- Provide N2/Dry Air Inclue with Regulator and Gauge
- Monitor and Check the N2/Dry Air Gauge on Main Tank Transformer
- Check Visulay with water soap on all joint pipes and radiator
13 Wiring the Protective Devoces Of Transformer

12 Vacuum Process Vacuum process for 72 Hours


- Provide Vacuum Machine (Standing Alone) or Cap 250m3 / Hours
- Provide Vacuum Gauge to Read Vacuum Value (Scala 25-1 mBar)
- Start Vacuum up to 1 Tor / 1.3 mBar for ± 72 Hours (Refer to range of kV of the Transformer)

13 Oil Filling Under Vacuum Do oil tretment before Oil Filling Under Vacuum
- Provide Oil Storage tank (ISO Tank) Cap minimum 10,000 Liter & Oil Machine Min 4000 L/H
- Before Oil Filling prepare and Provide and to do Treatment Oil (± 14 000 Liter) During vacuum in parlell prepare and treat oil
- Check BDV ≥ 70 kV / 2.5mm and Water Content ≤ 5 ppm for oil filling under vacuum
- Oil fill under vacuum at oil Temp 60-70 Deg Cel

Note : Refer to Total Oil Capacity of Transformer (14 000 Liter or 11 900 Kg)

14 Oil Circulation inside maintank of Trnasformer minimum 3 cycle and must be BDV and WC refer to SPLN Minimum circulate are three times and
- BDV Test after Filteration ≥ 70 KV/2.5mm Base On BDV and Water Content that is
- Water Content ≤ 5ppm required refer standart manufacture
- Cooling Down After Oil Filteration

15 SITE ACCEPTANCE TEST and Reporting

16 FINAL INSPECTION
