Agenda:
1. Finalization of Service Day on February 26
- A community service will be conducted on February 26, 2022, Donation of trashbins at Baao Market
and BCC and Repainting of Pedestrian Lane.
- The service shall be participated by RICAPOAA and Theta Omega Collegiate members
- Call time of the service will be at 6:30 AM. Service works will start at exactly 7:00AM. Repainting will be
prioritized then at 11AM more or less, endorsement of the trashbins will be done.
- Assembly area will be at Sis Liz Cortez Residence at San Juan,Baao.
- Tarpaulin will be printed for the activity.
- Wearing of fratshirts with APO Seal/Badge or COA is encouraged.
- The drums to be used according to Bro. Bong Bayos, in coordination with the PAF TOG5 will be sent
painted and customized already, ready for endorsement to the donee. Four (4) drums will be donated
at Baao Market and four (4) more will be donated at Baao Community College.
- Correspondence letters will be sent to the BLGU San Juan Baao, BCC President on the donation and
request for the activity, and PAF TOG5 for the request and release of trashbins.
- Bro. Anton Bascuña proposed to fetch the trashbins in coordination with Bro. Bong Bayos and to be
honed at his residence.
- The paint to be used shall be bought if in case DPWH have no excess paint to donate in the activity.
This will be coordinated to the agency to remind and followup on the requested equipments needed in
the activity this Monday.
- Bro. Owen Corporal of RICAPOAA coordinated someone for possible donor of paint, to follow up on
the next business day.
- Alternatively, if in case the DPWH will not provide equipments, the collegiate pledges was assigned to
construct a pattern to avoid paint spillage while the repainting is being done as coordinated to Theta
Omega GLC Sis Bianca Guanzon..
- It is also agreed that if the weather is not feasible for the repainting works, then postponement or
rescheduling will be done giving priority to the endorsemnt of the trashbins.
- It is agreed that, on the day of the service, voluntary dues will be collected for the lunch of the
volunteers.
- Lunch will be held at Sis Liz Cortez residence in San Juan, Baao, where the pledges were tasked to
cook with the supervision of BRo. Ivan Bolalin
- Snacks will be served for the volunteers on the day of service. Bro Jezar pledged 5 kilos of pansit bato.
Bro. Bong Bayos pledged for the "sahog" of the pansit. Bro. Anthony donated Php for the
2. APO-BARLIN AA Meet and Greet will be conducted on MAY or JUNE 2022, after the National and
Local Elections.
- On the Day of Meet and Greet highlight will be the ratification of the APO Barlin CBL, Election of
Officers, and the Fellowship and Srvice Activity.

The meeting was adjourned through a motion presented by Bro Antonio Bascuña seconded by the
body.
The next meeting will be done on February 23, 2022 cum virtual meeting, 7:30PM at Sis Liezel Cortez
residence, San Juan, Baao, Camarines Sur.
This minutes of the previous meeting was duly approved and seconded on February 23, 2022 during the
Follow Up Planning Meeting of APO-BARLIN AA at Bro. Bascuñas Residence, San Jose, Baao, Camarines
Sur.
