at bat
As a Glasgow Reds
player over two decades
ago, Bret Clampitt (GHS
Classs of 2000) proved
he is till handy with a
bat. He was part of a
Reds team that played
in the Montana Alberta
American Legion State A
Tournament that almost
made it to Regional. If
memory serves correct
he hit around .500
(possibly a little above,
possibly a little below,
and it included several
home runs). Bret was on
the winning end, as Team
Taylor won 2-1. The team
also consisted of Greg
Clancy, Kenny Richelt,
Tyler Edwards, Ed Sugg,
Rance Rhoads (currently
a Glasgow Reds player),
Jake Page, and Walker
Sugg.
"Nobody hurt themselves,
so that was key," said
Mike Pehlke, adding, "It
was entertaining to say
the least."
And those shirts provided
by Pehlke's Furniture
photo by Rachel Boese and Taylor Storage were
pretty awesome.
