A zygote is a cell formed by a fertilization event between
two gametes. The zygote's genome is a combination of

multicellular organisms, the zygote is the earliest
developmental stage.
Amniotic Sac A sac filled with amniotic fluid, called the amniotic sac,
surrounds the fetus throughout the pregnancy. The
amniotic fluid is liquid made by the fetus and protects the
fetus from injury and helps regulate the temperature of
the fetus.
