LEARNING OUTLINES:
Teacher is to ask pupils whether they ever thought about how their clothes are made? Volunteers
Pre Lesson are to share their thoughts. 
(10 Minutes)

1.Pupils are to refer to Activity 1 in textbook page 71.Pupils are then to discuss the questions with
their partners and share their discussion.  
2. Pupils are tehn to refer to Activity 2. Mini teachers are to read the infographic on page 71.
Teacher is to prompt a few questions (What can you see in the first and final picture? What process
does the infographic show?)
3. Pupilsare to read the text and check the process. 
Lesson Development 4. Mini teachers are to ask if their classmates know all the words in the box at the top of page 70.
Pupils are given some to check the meanings in their dictionary or pupils’ books page 139.  
(40 minutes) 5. Next,pupils are to refer to Activity 4. Teacher is to explain that pupils need to identify the missing
labels in the infographic. Pupils read the text and label the information. 
6. Teacher is to prompt ideas to pupils about recycling clothes and how that helps the environment.

Post Lesson Quiz is to take place on clothes that are made out of the said materials. (Ex: Cotton-shirt, singlet…)
