CULMINATING PERFORMANCE TASK


PERFORMANCE STANDARD: The student is able to perform the appropriate steps and activities in cultivating the different developmental tasks during adolescence, talents and skills, and
fulfillment of his/her roles as responsible Christian adolescent.

TRANSFER GOAL: Learners on their own and in the long run will be able to create a photo collage portraying their roles and responsibilities and development of their talents and skills
as a response to overcome the challenges confronting a Christian Filipino adolescent.
In the midst of the pandemic, various activities are trending due to the boredom caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of these are playing online games, dancing Tiktok, vlogging,
etc. The young prefer these activities rather than maximizing their time to cultivating their talents and skills and responsibly perform their duties at home and as astudent. As a SK-youth
leader of your barangay, you will conduct a mental health awareness that encourages and engages the youth to cultivate to use their time in developing their talents, skills, and perform
their roles and responsibilities as a Christian adolescent. The mental health awareness will be presented to your fellow youth and the school community. Your suggested activity will be
demonstrated by your own personal photo collage. Your personal photo collage will be graded based on the following criteria: relevance and content, organization, creativity.
