Ballroom dance is performed with a partner and known as social dance. Filipinos began to

quickstep at marami pang iba.
Ballroom dance is a type of dance which performed with a partner and known as social dance.
Filipinos began to adore the melody and music of western culture during the period of
American Colonial. So whatever the dance trends in the United States are always copied and
popularized here in the Philippines. Many countrymen dance to describe celebrations such as
commemorating births, a baptism, a wedding, winning a war, festivals of nature and etc. We
also have Philippine National Dances, the old Philippine ballroom dances as Los Bailes de Ayer,
Chotis, Inkoy-Inkoy, Lubi-Lubi, Pasakat, Polka Sala, Redoba and the Rigodon. Due to education,
new music and dance such as waltz mazurka tango quickstep and many others are expanding
and exposing/exposing. That is why almost everyone in the country dances ballroom, or at least
has tried it even though the variation of ballroom dances is different and now they are being
studied to know and learn the different dances.
Filipinos may not have invented popular ballroom dances, but we certainly contribute a large
part to the development of both of these dances, by injecting our own spirit and soul into each
of them. .

Most Philippine households enjoy family-style meals and bonding often takes place over a
shared spread or the occasional inuman (trans. 'drinking session'). Filipinos love crowd
gatherings whether at the workplace or home. People sitting outside their houses sharing a bottle
or two during the evenings is a regular sight around the city or rural areas.
But sometimes there is a fight after their drink and sometimes they drive drunk they know they
drank. they know it's bad but they still try to do it. Just because some people "believe" in
something it is not true
Encourage or inspired them to be part in changing the community because when people are
cooperate and participate the community will changes better. A good way to develop community
is to get involved and without it, we will not have good community.
Community engagement is envisioned to address a range of problems and issues, and include:
behavioural, cultural and social conditions; health system determinants prerequisites for health;
and upstream driving forces of health.
Community engagement is the inclusion of local health system users and community resources
in all aspects of design, planning, governance, and delivery of health care services. Community
engagement is a central component of effective population health management and helps ensure
that services are appropriately tailored to population needs and values.
Principles of successful community engagement (Bassler et al, 2008) include those that:
Increase citizens' knowledge about a community and/or the issue you are seeking to
address.
Encourage citizens to co-create additional knowledge and understanding and applying
that knowledge.
Use that knowledge to improve the community or address the identified problem.
Create future opportunities for citizens to engage each other.
Ensure that these opportunities and effective communications becomes a regular and on-
going component of the process.
1. WHO has defined community engagement as "a process of developing relationships that enables
stakeholders to work together to address health-related issues and promote well-being to achieve positive
health impact and outcomes". However, community engagement is all about connecting to the community
and its people, working together to affect positive change. Also, it is envisioned to address a range of
problems and issues in a community.
●"A process of creating connections that enables stakeholders to work together to address health-related
challenges and promote well-being to generate good health impact and outcomes," according to the World
Health Organization. Community involvement, on the other hand, is all about connecting with the
community and its people and working together to bring about constructive change. It is also intended to
address a variety of community problems and difficulties.
2. According to the CDC, Shore, and Wallerstein, the goals of community engagement are to build trust,
enlist new resources and allies, create better communication, and improve overall health outcomes.
Successful projects evolve into lasting collaborations. The primary goals for community engagement are
to partner with the community to improve health solutions that address social, cultural, and biological
determinants; to develop a comprehensive and diverse health care workforce to serve the community; and
to create innovative health care delivery models that maintain financial stability while serving all
members of our community.
●The goals of community engagement, according to the CDC, Shore, and Wallerstein, are to establish
trust, mobilize new resources and allies, improve communication, and improve overall health outcomes.
Successful ventures turn into long-term partnerships. The main objectives of community engagement are
to work with the community to improve health solutions that address social, cultural, and biological
determinants, to develop a comprehensive and diverse health care workforce to serve the community, and
to develop innovative health care delivery models that maintain financial stability while serving all
members of our community.
4. These are the five principles of community engagement: Understanding your community means
needing to understand who your members are and how they want to engage in your community. Make
your members the stars. This means that in a community, the focus should be on the people and their
connections. Making it simple to participate entails improving your own ability to participate, because
everyone has the right to freely participate. You have to participate, too, which means if you want your
members to be engaged, you have to be engaged. Being consistent and thoughtful means you have to be
consistent and thoughtful towards people.
●The five principles of community engagement are as follows: Understanding your community
necessitates an understanding of who your members are and how they wish to participate in it. Make your
members the center of attention. This indicates that the focus in a community should be on the people and
their relationships. Because everyone has the right to freely engage, making it easier to participate means
enhancing your own ability to participate. You must also participate, which implies that if you want your
members to be involved, you must engage yourself. Being consistent and considerate requires you to be
consistent and thoughtful in your interactions with others.
5. Encourage or inspire them to be part of changing the community, because when people cooperate and
participate, the community will change for the better. A good way to develop a community is to get
involved, and without it, we will not have a good community.
●Encourage or motivate them to be a part of changing the community for the better, since when
individuals work together and contribute, the community improves. Participation is an excellent approach
to establish a community, and without it, we will not have a good community.

MORAL DEVELOPMENT: "The idea of moral development implies that as humans grow older
and become more experience, our grasp of moral right and wrong also develops."
Moral development involves the formation of a system of values on which to base decisions
concerning "right" and "wrong, " or "good" and "bad.
Character is the very essence of a particular man. It is indeed what the person is within. Attitude
is a surface emotion. It is the opinion or the method by which one approaches a given situation.
Attitude is often referred to as the masked identity of a person.
Character is complex of mental and ethical traits, that those traits or qualities are distinctive to
individual and that are built into an individual’s life. Our character is who we really are. Having
a good character means doing the right thing just because it is right to do what is right.
For example, a person with a strong character quality of truthfulness is much more likely to
accurately report the facts in a given situation than a person who tends to be characterized by
deceptiveness.

A manner of thinking, feeling, or behaving that reflects a state of mind or disposition.
Everyone has character. People sometimes think of character as something. If really character is
something, let us dig into it. Someone might say, he is of a good character; meaning, he has good
character. We intuitively recognise the truth that everyone has “character” and we distinguish
between “good and bad” character.

Rizal’s retraction was signed shortly before his execution. Many years
later, his handwriting and signature on it were examined and confirmed
to be legitimate by handwriting experts at the National Bureau of
Investigation. End of debate.

Some people believed that Rizal retracted before his execution, but there are still some people who
believed that Rizal did not retract on anything before his…
Jose wanted a league group of people to fight for liberty. Jose wrote two
novels Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo to show people how the
Philippines were being bondaged by Spain. Jose made the Philippine
League to get their first reform group and to get their freedom from
Spain.
Noli Me Tángere
One of the most sought-after books in Philippine literature until today, is Rizal’s famous novel
titled Noli Me Tángere (Touch Me Not). Driven by his undying love for his country, Rizal wrote
the novel to expose the ills of Philippine society during the Spanish colonial era. At the time, the
Spaniards prohibited the Filipinos from reading the controversial book because of the unlawful
acts depicted in the novel. Yet they were not able to ban it completely and as more Filipinos
read the book, it opened their eyes to the truth that they were being manhandled by the friars. In
this revolutionary book, you’ll learn the story of Crisostomo Ibarra, how he dealt with Spanish
authorities, and how he prepared for his revenge, as told in Rizal’s second book, El
Filibusterismo.
El Filibusterismo
This is Rizal’s sequel to his first book, Noli Me Tángere. In El Filibusterismo (The Reign of the
Greed), the novel exhibits a dark theme (as opposed to the hopeful atmosphere in the first
novel) in which it depicts the country’s issues and how the protagonist attempts a reform. The
story takes place 13 years after Noli Me Tángere, where revolutionary protagonist Crisostomo
Ibarra is now under the guise of Simoun – a wealthy jewelry tycoon. Because the novel also
portrays the abuse, corruption, and discrimination of the Spaniards towards Filipinos, it was also
banned in the country at the time. Rizal dedicated his second novel to the GOMBURZA – the
Filipino priests named Mariano Gomez, Jose Apolonio Burgos, and Jacinto Zamora who were
executed on charges of subversion. The two novels of Rizal, now considered as his literary
masterpieces, both indirectly sparked the Philippine Revolution.
