exercise program design to achieve fitness.

to achieve fitness.

At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:

IV.PROCEDURES
A. Reviewing previous lesson or Activity 1: CLOUD RELAXATION (Psychosocial Support Activity)
presenting the new lesson Healing Component: safety, self-awareness, self expression

In this phase, the teacher will ask the students to be in a comfortable seated
position.

The teacher invites students to breathe gently, relaxing their chest and
shoulders as they do so and noticing how their stomach expand when they
inhale and contract as they exhale; they may even want their students to
check if they breathing correctly by putting their hands on their bellies to
check (and then reminding them they can let go of their bellies when the
script begins).

Teacher reads the script in a soothing, soft tone, giving instructions gently
and slowly, to encourage relaxation. Teacher needs to keep his eyes open.

*No discussion needed here, as the main objective is to calm the class
down.
B. Establishing a purpose for the lesson In this portion, the objectives will be introduced.

At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:
