banking financial institution offering services such as pawn-broking, money remittance ,
insurance , bills payment, remit-to-account , corporate pay out , collections, and electronic
reloading . It is headquartered in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. It is also one of the largest pawnshop
and money remittance center in the Philippines and has over 1300 branches nationwide.

Cebuana Lhuiller , Palawan express has maintained lower and more affordable rates this is
because in spite of promoting their services through very expensive advertisements , they choose
to improve their customer service relations instead.
