“THE BEAUTY WITHIN ME”

1. Given the chance, which part of your body do you want to change? Why?
I don’t have to change anything about me as this is a gift from God. But since this is a question that
was needed to be answer, I want to change or lessen my arm because it is big. This may be due to
working in home or forcing my arms to do household chores that was men work. There may be some
workouts that was needed for me to make it smaller, but I want easier and quicker ways of making it
smaller and fit.
2. Which part do you want to retain? Why?
I wanted to retain my whole body as I have said, it was a gift from God. I may not pass the body and
beauty standard of the society, I know that accepting myself is better that focusing on what other think
about me. I am the owner of this body and I have accepted and loved it the way it should be. I will be
loved and more beautiful if I don’t change anything from my body. I am beautiful the way I am.
3. Do you need another body to be happy? Why? Why not?
I don’t need another body to be happy. This is what Above has given me. I am happy with this body
and I have accepted it despite of every flaws and imperfections of it. I know that I have insecurities
inside of me whenever I saw women with beautiful and perfect body, I just sigh deeply and thank God
that I have this flawed body which I love the most.

“Depression: The Person’s Biggest Enemy”

Fighting for life, struggling to survive

Depression is not a joke but chooses to hide
People are unaware of what was the feeling
They laugh and did not care instead of caring.

There are many reasons behind this mental illness

Depression, exhaust, suffering as well as stress
People who have this feeling are uncontrollable
This may result to suicide and hurt closer people.

Other people may laugh when they hear that word

But that killed millions of people all over the world
Many live has lost due to depression
Some are because of body shaming and sometimes mixed emotions.
