CHAPTER I

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Our company Rudynamite sells dynamite, which is a deep-fried roll


pastry fined with cheese-stuffed green finger chilies and other ingredients.Our
company sells cheese-stuff ed green finger chillies that are wrapped and deep-
fried to a crisp. The product will be made in small batches by the
company.We'll make the product at home, then freeze it before stocking and
cooking it at school. where we'll sell it. We will cook it at school because this
snack is best serve hot.

One of our team members came up with the concept for our company's
product.We thought it might be a good idea to make dynamite our business
product because it is a food that most of us ate as kids and some of us still love,
and this product with satisfy the students' taste buds, particularly those who
want to satisfy their taste buds and those who crave for their childhood snack.

Many issues may arise during the course of our business. One obvious
issue is the large number of competitors. competition will lead to more
promotion and the creation of new products that may attract customers. The
price and quantity of the product may also have an impact on the business.

The most effective solution to this problem is to promote our product in


order to increase its popularity and attract more customers. To begin, we ensure
that the quality of our product is satisfactory and that customers will purchase it
again.Second, we would ensure that our product is served hot and crispy. Third,
we ensure that it is delicious and tasty enough to satisfy the tastes of our
customers. In order to ensure that we have enough stock to provide Our product
to customers, we will ensure that the quantity of our product is sufficient to
meet their needs. Finally, our product is very affordable.

2.1 . LOGO

Our company Rudynamite sells dynamite, which is a deep-fried roll

2.2. VISION

To change the general perception of street food to a healthier one while


also persuading customers we. Want to reduce the risk of health problems in our
country and promote healthy and high quality foods with a small business.

MISSION

Our company's mission is to provide and off er customers delicious and


aff ordable snacks, as well as to bring back one of children's favorite and
childhood snacks.

Chief executive officer (CEO)

-Is the top position in an organization


-Responsible for implementing existing plans and policies, improving the
company's financial strengths
-Oversees its functions of the company and responsible in supervising
his/her co-workers or staff .

Chief Operating officers (COO)

- Working closely with department heads.


- Supervisors to support the day to day activity of employees.
- Second in command in a company and reports to the CEO.

Chief financial officers (CFO)

- Responsible for managing the financial actions of the company


-Responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning.
-Making recommendations on mergers and acquisitions
and analyze financial data and craft budgets.

PRODUCT AND SERVICE PLAN

2-1 PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT

Rudynamite's main goal is to meet the needs and demand of its


customers. The customers are meant to be satisfied and pleased by the snacks
sold in the booth. The product can be used by students as a tasty snack.

3.2 PRODUCT UNIQUE FEATURES

- The main ingredients in our product dynamite are cheese, long finger chillies,
and egg crepe. The following are our Product's distinguishing features.

- Finger chillies are one of our product's ingredients.Finger chillies contain


vitamin C which keeps your skin looking year and healthy and stimulates
digestion

- Green chillies are used in our product because they are healthier than red
chillies. Green chillies have a higher water content and no calories, making
them a healthy option.

- Cheese is also a good source of calcium, which is important for bone and tooth
health. blood clotting, wound healing, and maintaining normal blood pressure.

3.3 MATERIAL REQUIREMENT AND SOURCES OF SUPPLY

The products that rudynamite will launch and market the following list of
the ingredients required to produce these items.

On this section, the procedure on how to make the product of Rudynamite


are stated below!

 Seperate the wrappers one by one
 Cut the chili in the middle
 Remove all the seeds of green chili
 Cut the cheese lengthwise
 Put the cheese in the middle of green chili

3-5 PRODUCTION /SERVICE PROCESSING AND CONTROLS

The roles played by each employee in the mentioned business that


support the efficient production and service delivery are described in this
section.

CEO - In charge of putting into action the organization's current plans t and
policies. enhancing its financial stability, assisting with the ongoing
digital business transformation, and establishing its Long-term strategy.

Mark Dave Domingo

Coo - This person controls and oversees the company's daily business
operations while collaborating closely with department heads and
Supervisors.

Rudy Baltazar Jr.

CFO - This person is in charge of monitoring cash flow, making financial plans,
assessing the firm's financial strengths and weaknesses, and coming up
with strategic recommendations

Cook - They are the responsible preparing cooking the food.

Service crew - Responsible for presenting menus takes orders and answers
questions on meal items

Shipping/Purchasing and Receiving - Responsible for carrying out tasks such as


handling goods, products and supplies

3.6 DISTRIBUTION LOGISTICS

The entire process of getting finished goods delivered from a


manufacturer or supplier directly to the retailer or distribution centers where the
fulfillment process takes place is referred to as distribution logistics. The
Rudynamite method of distribution is to purchase the product at their booth.

MARKET PLAN

4.1

4.2 MARKETING AND SALES STRATEGY

MARKETING STRATEY

A business must devise a profit-generating strategy in order to remain in


operation. "Unang kagat, Sabog sa Sarap," claimed Rudynamite's tagline. To
attract more customers, the entrepreneurs will use social media and create fliers
for public distribution. Customers must be loyal in order for them to keep
coming back and purchasing the product. To completely gain the customers'
loyalty, the company will ensure that their product maintains its quality.

SALES STRATEGY

4.3 PRICING STRATEGY

There are four types of pricing strategy. Premium pricing, penetration


pricing, economy pricing, and skimming pricing.

Premium pricing aims to display the quality and experience associated


with a product, in which a seller deems artificially high prices for a product or
service.

Penetration pricing strategy involves offering a new product or service at


a low initial price to gain customers' attention. The goal is to aggressively get
customers in the door with low prices and gain market share.

Economy pricing is a pricing strategy where products have lower prices
due to low production costs.

Skimming pricing is a strategy that sets new product prices high and
subsequently lowers them as competitors enter the market.

The company will use economic pricing as its pricing strategy because it
reduces customer acquisition costs and appeals to price-sensitive customers.

4.4 SALES PROJECTION

The company's projected sales on the first day is Php 220, the profit will
continue to increase up to Php 300.

FINANCIAL PLAN

5.1 ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION

The entrepreneurs will use social media in advertising their product (dynamite).

They will create a Facebook page for the company where they will post the
product in order to gain and attract potential customers .

They will also create an advertisement video and post it online .

The entrepreneurs will create fliers to publicize the offered product for product
promotion.

5.2 FINANCIAL PROJECTION

A financial projection is an estimate of a company's or project's future


financial outcomes, typically used in budgeting, capital budgeting, and/or
valuation. It contains Income Statement, Cash Flow Projection, and Balance
Sheet.

An income statement, also known as a profit and loss account, is one of a


company's financial statements that shows the company's revenues and
expenses over a specific time period. Cash flow projection is the process of
estimating or forecasting a company's future financial position; typically, the
cash flow forecast is based on anticipated payments and receivables. The
balance sheet discloses a company's resources (assets) and capital sources
(equity and liabilities/debt).

5.3 BUDGET

A budget is the total amount of money set aside for a specific purpose
over a specific time period. The computed expenses for running our business
Rudynamite are Php 980. Rudynamite is made up of seven members who have
banded together to contribute to the capital. Each member contributed Php 140,
bringing the total to Php 980.
