Personal Reflection
The program started

department facilitate the MOL of the program, we enjoyed the energizer given by Mr. Ramilo. We had a
short “Kamustahan” within the department.
We started to construct our MOV’s for the Mid-year evaluation. it is essential to evaluate teachers
on a regular basis to ensure that they are providing quality education and creating a positive learning
environment for their students. I realized that it is important to ensure that teachers receive feedback on
the performance to improve the teaching practices and create better learning experiences for the students.
Ma’am Portuguese gave us some advice on how do we improve our portfolio for the next
evaluation. At the end of the activity, I’ve learned that teachers play a vital role in the development of
students. My performance has an immense impact on the learning process and overall academic success
of my students. With the advancement of technology, teachers can now more equipped with tools and
resources to help them become more effective in teaching.
