During the conducted LAC Session on Multi-Year

Guidelines on the Results-Based Performance
Management System-Philippine Professional Standards
for Teachers, on February 7, 2023, the Pi-Group were
participated actively. When the speaker, Ms. Lilibeth
Bermoy, done with her inputs, the group members
(Nancy Agonia, Patrick Samaco, Grayford Gordillo, Nilo
Taypin, Editha Palma, and Ma. Conxedes Gudes)
immediately did the output (E-SAT and IDP) for the
session. They were facilitated by the LAC leader, Mr.
Jemboy Tajantajan. Also, he provided technical
assistance to every member.

Mr. Grayford Gordillo presented the output

(3 domains of learning objectives for lesson
planning) of the group.

During the breakaway session, the LAC leader, Jemboy

Tajantajan facilitated the group on item analysis, he
shared his expertise on using Microsoft excel. Then,
the members (Grayford Gordillo, Ma. Conxedes B.
Gudes, Editha Palma, Nancy Agonia, Donald
Alimangohan, Nilo Taypin, and Patrick Samaco) tried
to perform item analysis using the automated format
in Microsoft excel.
