ANNOTATIONS: The ILMP for TVL/AFA-Food Fish Processing NC II showed significant

ANNOTATIONS: The pictures show the developed video lessons utilized by the learners to
easily understand the lesson from their modules. The pictures also show the developed
localized SLM used by the learners. The developed video lessons and localized SLM are of
significant help in their actual demonstration of practical skills.

ANNOTATIONS: The certificates are part of the teachers’ PD goals as reflected in the
development plan. The seminars are of great help to improve/upgrade the teaching skills and
practices especially in this new normal scheme in education.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARD STRAND: 7.4 - Professional reflection and learning to
improve practice

When II heard about that no face-to-face classes will be held, I feel


so doubtful about what will happen to the educational system in the
Philippines. Fear and uncertainly really bothered me. Until the time
when classes is approaching, and the Department is doing its best to
prepare and providing alternative ways for teacher to be equipped
and for learners to be able to access quality education amid
pandemic. The current situation brought us this learning modality
for teachers to adapt in the New Normal.

The trainings and seminars for teachers really help me to become


more knowledgeable and ready for the implementation of the
learning delivery modality. It also helps us to understand better the
needs of our learners and the effective ways to provide instructional
assistance considering their health, safety and welfare.

I thought that it will be difficult for teachers to implement the


different learning delivery modality, but because of the projects and
programs by the agency and by the support of our School Head,
teachers of PIHS are able to achieve the Mission and Vision of the
Department.

My realization now that the impossible can be made possible if


there is determination and dedication. I really cannot imagine that
the teaching-learning-process will be accessible and a big success even
n o face to face instructions. Just always bear in our minds and hearts
that we are here for our learners. Let us give them their right of quality
education.

ANNOTATIONS: As teachers, we should embrace this learning delivery modality to provide


education to our learners. Flexibility and adaptability are two of most important qualities that
every teacher must possess to be able to acclimate in different learning delivery modalities
and to cope up with different situations. Moving forward this time of pandemic, “Sulong
Edukalidad sa Panahon ng Pandemya”.
