I. INDIVIDUAL LEARNING MONITORING PLANS
PPST STRAND:
√ 3.1 - Learners’ gender, needs, strengths, interests and experiences

ANNOTATION: At the beginning of the school year, I found out that one of my learners have a
reading difficulty so I monitored his progress by providing him some reading interventions,
sending videos about sounds and more reading materials like the Marungko Approach. I motivated
him by giving rewards in order for him to focus in reading with the help of his parent. The other
learner has a difficulty in Mathematics . I provided him with some learning materials in Mathematics
and talked to his parents to assist him in his lessons to improve his performance in Mathematics.

II. LESSON PLANS(WHLP, DLL, DLP)

PPST STRAND:
√ 3.4 - Learners in difficult circumstances
√ 4.1 - Planning and management of teaching and learning process
√ 4.2 - Learning outcomes aligned with learning competencies
√ 5.1 - Design, selection, organization and utilization of assessment strategies

ANNOTATION: Due to pandemic, our learning delivery modality is modular

approach. We used modular approach because our learners have no internet
connection at home. I prepared Weekly Home Learning Plan as guide for parents
and learners in answering their modules, learning activity sheets and performance
tasks. Lesson exemplar is of great help for teachers because it guides on the
delivery of lessons for the different topics.

2
III. TEACHER-MADE/ MODIFIED LEARNING RESOURCES

PPST STRAND:
√ 4.5 - Teaching and learning resources including ICT

ANNOTATION: I have made MELC-Based Learners Activity

Sheets as a supplementary materials for the lesson
exemplars and served as additional exercises for the
learners to gain or understand well the lessons.

3
IV. CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION IN ANY
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (PD) ACTIVITIES
PPST STRAND:
√ 7.3 - Professional links with colleagues 7.5 - Professional development goals

ANNOTATION: Attending seminars today is done through virtual

webinars because of the COVID-19 pandemic. These webinars
helped me a lot to understand the New Normal in education.
Through these trainings, it developed my skills and abilities that
can be applied in my teaching profession. The certificates I got
from webinars served also as my motivation to explore more in
the field of my teaching profession.

V. REFLECTIVE SUMMARY
PPST STRAND:
√ 7.4 - Professional reflection and learning to improve practice

This school year, the whole world is being devastated by the COVID 19
pandemic. In the field of education, we cannot conduct the face to face
classes with our learners. Our Department of Education adapted a way to
this New Normal in education by means of implementing new Learning
Delivery Modalities. We are in modular approach because the learners in
Brgy. Palasan are not capable to have internet access. At first, I found it
difficult because of many preparations to do and lot of adjustments to make.
But later on, this modular approach runs smoothly. I communicated with my
learners through text , call and group chat. For inquiries, the parents sent
their personal messages to me. The big burden for this modular approach
is on the part of the parents because they serve as the teachers for their
children. For me, learning through modular is not so effective for pupils to
gain knowledge especially when both parents are working and find no time
to assist their children in their studies. But I do believe that we can survive
this challenge in education, just believec and have faith that God will help us
to go through this pandemic.

VI. MOVs ON ENGAGING LEARNERS FOR THEIR
PROGRESS & ACHIEVEMENT
PPST STRAND:
√ 5.2 - Monitoring and evaluation of learner progress and achievement
√ 5.3 - Feedback to improve learning

ANNOTATION: Checking of attendance through gc is one best

practices in monitoring the progress and performance of our learners .
I checked the outputs and performance tasks given through gc. I felt
happy because they followed what is asked in the LAS. Monitoring the
pupils’ progress helped a lot to assess their level of learning. I also
have home visitation especially to the learners who need assistance.

6
VI. MOVs ON PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT WITH
COLLEAGUES
PPST STRAND:
√ 7.3 - Professional links with colleagues

ANNOTATION: It is very important to develop a harmonious

relationship with my colleagues because it resulted to a very good
performance of the group. Through LAC sessions, faculty
meetings, trainings/webinars and other online sessions, good
relationship and camaraderie can be developed among teachers .

7
VI. MOVs ON ENGAGING KEY STAKEHOLDERS IN THE
TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS
PPST STRAND:
√ 5.4-
Communication of learner needs, progress and
achievement to key stakeholders
√ 6.2 – Engagement of parents and wider school community
in the educative process

ANNOTATION: I used group chat in messenger in giving reminders,

announcement and activities to my learners. Communication with the parents
is so important to monitor learner’s progress. Feedback from parents were
also gathered through group chats. It is better to have good relationship to
the parents as well as to the stakeholders. PTA meetings should be establish
every quarter so that parents will know the performance of their children.
