Warm up  Run students through the previous lessons 5 mins


with games and fun activities.

Find the months.  Ask students if they can remember any 10 mins
Circle name of the months. Write any name they
know on the board.
 Then, direct them to page 8. Tell them to
look at the names of the months around the
puzzle and try to find all of the months and
circle them.
 Once they are finished, read the months in
order and have students repeat after you
help them become familiar with the order.

Read and trace.  Tell students look at the pictures and 10 mins
Then say discribe seasons how they are. Ask some
question to elicit learning point.
 Read and have students repeat.
 Trace the words.

Look at. Listen  Have students listen the first time track 10 mins
and match. 005.
 Play again. Trace the monthes under the
heading.

Listen and circle.  Write my favourite word on board and 15 mins


explain it means.
 Ask students if they remember the names of
the three children.
 Play audio track 006 first time and let
students listen.
 Listen again and circle.
 Check the answers.
 Complete the sentences at the bottom page
9 with their own ideas.
Work  Have student do their workbook pape 4 - 5. 20 mins
book  Check and correct their exercise.
Note: Spice up exercises by using games to
make them more interesting.
