A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING FERNANDO B.SABAO TO BE THE GENERAL MANAGER APOINTED BY THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF POLANGUI RURAL WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION INC SUGCAD POLANGUI ALBAY.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Association, all system operation and
managerial will be done by Fernando B.Sabao and will be supported by the Board of directors.

WHEREAS, in meeting assembled of the Board OF Directors of this Association on January 31, 2023 at Sugcad
Polangui Albay.

NOW THEREFORE, in motion presented by Arturo Reforsado and duly seconded by the whole body , be it.

RESOLVED, as its hereby resolved to respectfully appoint Fernando B.Sabao , as the acting manager of Polangui Rural
Water Consumers Association Inc. with the office at Sugcad Polangui ,Albay,
