CALL TO ORDER
Ms. Ruvelyn Artiaga, President of the BEED VI-A and presiding officer called the meeting
into order at 2:00 PM in the afternoon.

ROLL CALL
Ms. Janice Fortuna , Treasurer of the BEED IV-A conducted the roll call to check the
attendance of the class . There were 34 student present at the moment . The presiding
officer declared that there was a quorum.

The Christmas party/outing : The presiding office opened the table for the voting of the
suggested event if it is plan in order to come up a final discussion and formal agreement.

Some member of the section agree to have a day outing and some agree to have a
overnight on the said event . The budget for the said event will be coming from the class
fund as agreed by the body.

ADJOURNEMENT

Since there was no further agenda to discuss, Ms. Ruvelyn Artiaga moved the meeting to be
adjourned. Ms. Myra Casquite seconded the motion, and the presiding officer formally
adjourned the meeting at 3:00 pm in the afternoon.
