3. Use the form (RPARP) and help client formulate as RPARP (Gamita ang form
(RPARP) tabangi ang kliyente sa pag himo sa RPARP)
4. Make two (2) copies of RPARP (original given to client; duplicate for the social
worker’s file) (Pagbuhat ug duha (2) ka kopya sa RPARP (original ihatag sa kliyente;
duplicate para sa social worker ang ikaduhang file))
5. Set up the regular reporting schedule (1x month or 2x month) for a period of 1 year
(Pagtakda ug regular nga reporting schedule (1x month or 2x month) panahon sa usa
ka tuig)
6. Using the Progress Report, follow up client based on the set reporting schedule
(Gamit ang Progress Report, i- follow up kliyente base sa gitakda nga reporting
schedule.)
NOTE:
1. The RPARP may change as you go along depending on the changes of the need of
your client as he/she goes through life changes. (Ang RPARP posibling ma usab
depende sa kausaban nga gikinihanglan sa kliyente samtang siya nag atubang sa
mga kausaban sa iyang kinabuhi)

2. Random Drug Test must be continued (Padayun gihapon sa Random nga Drug
Test)

1. Begin with reminders about addiction (Sugdi pinaagi sa pag pahibalo mahitungod
sa pagkaadik)
2. Discuss the crucial role of the family in the addiction problem (hisguti ang
hinungdanon nga papel sa pamilya kabahin sa problema sa pagkaadik)
B. How authority and discipline can influence the drug problem (Ang awtoridad
ug disiplina maka implowensya sa problema sa droga)
C. The need to supervise, enforce and support the client in his/her recovery
process (ang gamit sa pag dumala pagpatuman ug suporta sa kliyente
makatabang sa proseso sa iyang kaayohan)
4. Discuss the RPARP of the client and how the family can be of help. (Hisguti and
RPARP sa kliyente ug unsa makatabang ang pamilya)
5. Set up the regular reporting schedule (may be done separate from clients schedule
at a lesser frequency) (Itakda ang regular reporting schedule)
