Position: Manager Marketing Procurement

Job Requirements:
Qualification: BBA/MBA (Marketing/SCM)
Experience: 4-5 Years
Job Description:
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for marketing categories, including media, digital,
OOH, and activations, to ensure the best value and outcomes for the bank.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service
delivery and competitive pricing.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost
reduction and process improvement and lead supplier negotiations to optimize contract terms,
pricing, and conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations, addressing any
issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing procurement
activities, establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements and technology solutions to drive
efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports and updates on marketing procurement performance to senior
management and other stakeholders.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of marketing procurement processes, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective
relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and procurement management
software.
